1、檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)水散熱器表面清潔，水溫傳感器和水溫表靈敏準(zhǔn)確，節(jié)溫器能夠正常啟閉，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)有力，但冷卻風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速稍慢。
Inspection found water radiator surface clean, temperature sensors, and temperature sensitive and accurate table, the thermostat can open and close properly, smooth and powerful engine is running,but the cooling fan speed slower.
2、用壓力表檢測(cè)冷卻風(fēng)扇驅(qū)動(dòng)泵輸出壓力偏低，調(diào)整泵壓力調(diào)節(jié)器調(diào)整螺栓，壓力沒(méi)有變化。
The cooling fan driven by pressure gauges to detect pump output pressure is low, adjust the pump pressure regulator adjusting screw, the pressure does not change.
3、將壓力調(diào)節(jié)器拆解、清洗、檢查，未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常。對(duì)泵進(jìn)行拆解、清洗、檢查，也未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常。

4、將風(fēng)扇馬達(dá)拆解、清洗、檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)扇馬達(dá)磨損嚴(yán)重，更換風(fēng)扇馬達(dá)后試機(jī)，20分鐘后發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水溫依然正常。
The fan motor dismantling, cleaning, inspection, found that the fan motor badly worn, replace the fan motor testmachine, 20 minutes after the engine temperature remained normal.
